This year marks the milestone of the Barellan Rams rugby league team becoming premiers 50 years ago in 1976. There will be an Old Boy’s Day at the Barellan Sportsground on Saturday 4 July to celebrate the reunion of the legendary 1976 Rams side, marking their unforgettable 9-3 victory over the Goolgowi-Merriwagga Rabbitohs to win the Group 17 Grand Final. The Old Boys will enjoy a dedicated tent, free entry and food and drinks throughout the day. The event will offer a great chance to catch up, share stories and celebrate the history of our club, as well as an entertaining day of rugby league featuring the Rams versus the Rabbitohs in their round 5 ProTen Community Cup game.
